By playing Presser you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

It's a free game, not gambling

Presser is free to play. No money goes in, no money comes out. Points, streaks, and leaderboard spots have no cash value and can't be bought, sold, or redeemed for anything. Presser is not a sportsbook and does not offer wagering of any kind.

Who can play

You need to be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of digital consent where you live, get a parent or guardian's OK.

Play fair

Don't abuse the service: no automated play, no manipulating scores or leaderboards, no offensive display names, and no attempts to break or overload the game. We can remove entries or block players who do.

Results and availability

Props resolve against real games and we work hard to get outcomes right, but results, scoring, and availability are provided "as is" — outcomes may occasionally be corrected, and the game may change or be paused at any time. Presser is entertainment; don't rely on it for anything but bragging rights.

Content

The Presser name, Peyton Penguin, and the game's design belong to us. Game cards may link to public social posts; those belong to their authors and platforms.
