Send a complaint to support@storyfindr.com. Include a link to the card, group, or player and explain the issue. You do not need a Presser account to contact us.

Player safety

Report harassment, hateful or explicit content, threats, spam, impersonation, or private information shared without permission. On a player's profile, Player safety also lets you report or block that player. Reports are private; blocking stops future direct friend contact.

Copyright and other rights

Identify the work or right you believe is affected, the exact Presser content or URL, your relationship to the rights holder, and an email where we can reach you. Add supporting links or documents when available. We may ask for more information to evaluate the complaint.

What happens next

Our support team reviews complaints and may remove content or restrict an account. Include enough detail to locate the issue. Do not include sign-in codes or unnecessary personal information.
